- Take the exit signposted Oakham B668 (also signposted Clipsham, Stocken, Greetham, Stretton and Kendrew Barracks).
- At the T-Junction turn right, continue on road (.35 of a mile) to roundabout.
- At the roundabout take first exit (Hooby Lane), continue on road to junction 2.1 miles (take care this junction is not particularly obvious) continue on road to Thistleton village.
- Continue straight through Thistleton Village for (1.8 miles from previous junction)
- Turn left at the ‘End of Goods Vehicle Restriction’ sign (signposted to Wymondham and Melton)
- Continue on road for 2.9 miles.
- Turn right onto Sewstern Road (sign posted Sewstern)
- Follow road for 1.1 miles (this road is narrow in places but entirely adequate for car/caravan)
- At junction turn right, follow road for 0.8 miles
- Entrance to BMFA Buckminster on left.
- Proceed through gate and follow concrete entrance road to designated parking areas, use passing places as required.
