National Centre and Flying Site 2023 Prices and Booking Information

Please note that specific events may be subject to a specific pricing schedule which will be published within the event details posted on the National Centre website.

Flight-lines and facilities Terms and Conditions

The whole site or Individual flight-lines can be reserved for events/contests, contact Manny Williamson on manny@bmfa.org or 0116 2441091 to discuss your specific requirements.
You will need to provide name and contact details for the organisation and/or responsible individual.
Bookings may require a deposit of 50% and the balance full 2 weeks prior to the event start date.
Where the whole site or Event Building is booked the dates will be marked as ‘RESERVED’ on the calendar on the website.
If you do not wish us to display the type of event/contest you are holding please advise when making your reservation.
Where individual flight-lines are booked then a compatible activity may be allocated to remaining flight areas (following discussion with all parties).
We will try to make arrangements flexible and individual packages can be constructed to meet specific requirements.
Always check the online calendar on the National Centre website (www.nationalcentre.bmfa.org) before turning up as a day or evening flyer to avoid disappointment.
All prices shown are BMFA member rates.
Cancellations for whole site or flight-line bookings with less than 3 weeks’ notice cannot be re-arranged and any deposit paid will be lost. We will aim to re-arrange your booking if adequate notice is given and there is availability.
A whole site or specified area booking nominally ends at 5.30pm.
